WOODLAND COTTAGES

Garden Cottage and The Coach House are both two bedroomed cottages set in wooded countryside at Fellside, Manesty, near Keswick in the northern Lake District. Derwentwater lies to the south of Keswick, and Manesty is situated at the western side of the lake. The Borrowdale valley runs beside the lake and down to the Honister Pass which leads over to Buttermere.

It is a beautiful, scenic part of the Lake District. There is much to do in the area including walking, cycling and water sports in addition to many interesting places to visit. The market town of Keswick is 15 minutes drive away and has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants, and entertainment including a leisure pool, cinema and theatre.

Guests are able to enjoy the peaceful grounds in which the cottages are set and which are home to deer and red squirrels. There is easy access straight onto the fells and down to the lake shore.

ACCOMMODATION 

Each cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults, and The Coach House can accommodate a travel cot / extra bed in the double bedroom.

Each cottage has an entrance porch (with washing machine in Garden Cottage) # lounge/ dining room with views down the Borrowdale valley # TV and DVD # open fire in Garden Cottage, electric fire in The Coach House # kitchen with hob, oven, microwave,fridge with freezer compartment # bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and basin # additional toilet in The Coach House # both cottages have a Double bedroom and a Twin bedroom #  are centrally heated # have a patio with BBQ and off road parking.
